Service Description

This 8-week coaching program is designed to help you move from insight into real-life integration. Book your first session by choosing a daytime spot that works for you. After booking, that weekly time will be reserved for your full 8-week program. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Full payment is required to reserve your place. No refunds. NOTE: If you have not previously completed a 9D Breathwork reset with me, this 2-week foundation is required before beginning the 8-week coaching program. This prepares your nervous system, reduces survival stress patterns, and creates faster, deeper results.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds are offered once the program has started. Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations will be counted as completed.
